LOL So yes, while they sold innocent little children overpriced ice cream cones on the corner of Chester and H st they were buying and selling semi automatic weapons to terrorists around the corner, in the alley! LOL OK.. I don't know why I just laughed. Defense mechanism, I guess? They also arrested a Minimart owner for the same thing in Porterville that year. (I live in one of the two cities I mentioned) They both are within an hour from each other. Other than that? I think the choice of music for some of these ice cream trucks is funny. HEY they should blare out Madonna or something and appeal to the demographic that actually HAS money!
